Founders and Senior Pastors of West Coast Believers Center International and Joshua Bulger Ministries located in Visalia, California was established in May of 2002. The Lord had spoken to them that "love would be the key ingredient to the ministries success” and that is always kept at the center of everything that they do in life and ministry. They have been married since 1989, and have three children. Both accepted Jesus Christ in 1992 and have been involved together in ministry since 1993. Dr. Joshua attended Bible College at Berean University where he earned his ministerial credentials, and also Advance Christian College where he received an honorary Doctorate of Divinity. Prior to coming to Visalia, they had served as Associate Pastors for 10 years. When the Lord called Dr. Joshua & Iliana to Visalia, God gave them an assignment to build and equip the Body of Christ with the tools necessary to become effective for God and become a major threat to the devil. Their obedience to that assignment has caused Joshua Bulger Ministries and West Coast Believers Center International to be a church where signs, wonders and miracles accompany the preaching of the Word of God and where all people have the opportunity to experience the love of God and truly learn how to enjoy a life of faith. Dr. Joshua & Iliana both preach the Word of God with simplicity and genuine love. Their heart to help people has caused them to not only reach into local communities but it has also taken them to cities, towns, and villages around the world.
